Eldar
A Brief History: -
The Eldar are amongst the oldest and most technically advanced races in the galaxy. They are also one of the most psychically adept races, using the power of the mind to do the most basic of tasks. This ability also almost lead to the races complete destruction. The Eldar races love self improvement and self-gratification directly lead to the creation of the Chaos god Slannesh, with only the strong of will surviving the psychic draw of the gods creation and near destruction of there homeworlds. Many of the survivors took to living on huge Craftworlds, were they drift among the stars. The eldar still practice self improvement but with a lot more care and self discipline.
Who Will They Fight?
They will fight anyone who threatens their homeworlds or craftworlds and occasionally to expand there empire.
