A Brief History: -
After the fall of the Eldar, most discovered the error of their ways and followed a less decadent way of life but a surprisingly large number of Eldar slid even further into a life of self serving evil. These Dark Eldar lead a piratical lifestyle, pillaging and enslaving humans and aliens alike. Of all the races in the 40,000 universe these are probably the most truly evil, being devious, vain and with no respect for any living creature, not even themselves.
