- 1. The Club is open every Saturday from 10-1 and 1-4pm. Older members can stay for a whole day but members under 12 years old can only attend one session. However, during holidays when the club is also open on Tuesday and Thursday ALL members are able to stay for a whole day. Please note that the minimum age for members is
10 years old.
- 2. Membership is £5.00 per year. Subs are £1.00 per half day and
£2.00 per whole day. Subs are then used by the club to pay for any modelling products i.e. glue, brushes, paint etc. All paid up members receive a loyalty card and which entitles members to collect a stamp on their Loyalty Card every time they spend £10 on Games Workshop products. Points are then collected and exchanged for Games Workshop models. Points can only be collected and exchanged at Artists Corner.
- 3. All members MUST book IN when they arrive at the shop counter and when you go home you must book OUT. This is extremely important, as we need to know who is downstairs at all times.
- 4. Your Club supervisors are Connor, Tommy, Josh, Ben and Ollie
(they will be wearing Hobbits Hole T-Shirts) Supervisors are there to advise you on what to collect, how to battle & to paint your models. If you have any problems whilst you are at the club please talk to one of the Supervisors.
Connor is the clubs head supervisor.
- 5. Once you have paid to your subs please take your boxes downstairs immediately. If you wish to purchase any models you can come back upstairs straight away or before you leave at the end of your session. Tuck can still be purchased as normal but please take it downstairs immediately. Whilst you are on the shop floor please be courteous to customers. Do not push past them or clog up the aisle with your belongings. Members must not hang about on the shop floor or run about.
- 6. Anyone caught behaving in an irresponsible manner will receive a Black Mark against his or her name in the member's book. Anyone receiving three black marks will be banned for minimum period of three months.
- 7. Theft of models from another club member will incur a lifetime ban. Any theft from the shop floor will involve police action as with any shop lifting offence.
- 8. The Shop Telephone can only be used in an emergency, as members of staff are too busy to supervise call making. Mobile Phones will not receive a signal downstairs.
- 9. Please note your belongings are your responsibility. Please check carefully that you have all your models before leaving and report any you have lost to a supervisor immediately so a search can be made. Members waiting for parents to collect them should not come upstairs more than five minutes before the end of the session. Hobbits Hole and Artists Corner do not accept liability for any loss or theft.
- 10. Finally, please keep Club clean & tidy. Bins are provided for your rubbish.
